On 14 October 2026, Zoho recognised Shyphan AI Solutions as an AI Enabled Partner after our team completed the Zoho AI Accelerator Series 2026. That makes Shyphan the first AI Enabled Zoho Partner in the Middle East and Africa (MEA), and it adds an AI accreditation to the two credentials we already hold: Zoho Premium Partner and Zoho Top Partner for MEA in Q3 2026.

The short version

Zoho's AI Accelerator Series trains partners to design, deploy and govern AI across the Zoho ecosystem. Partners who complete it are accredited as AI Enabled Partners. Shyphan is the first in the MEA to receive it. For our clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt and Africa, it means Zia, Zia Agents, Zoho MCP and AI automation can be delivered by a team Zoho has accredited for exactly that work, with Arabic, data residency and local tax rules handled from day one.

What the AI Enabled Partner accreditation is

The AI Accelerator Series 2026 is Zoho's programme for partners who want to deliver AI inside the Zoho ecosystem, not just sell licences. It covers how Zoho's AI works across Zoho CRM, Desk, Books, Analytics, People and Creator, how to choose between native Zia features, AI agents and connections to external models, and how to run AI projects responsibly: data readiness, permissions, testing and human oversight.

Partners who complete the series and its assessment are recognised by Zoho as an AI Enabled Partner. In Zoho's own words on our certificate, the accreditation recognises a commitment to developing and strengthening AI capabilities, knowledge and consulting readiness across the Zoho ecosystem.

It is worth being precise about what it is and is not. AI Enabled is an accreditation that sits alongside a partner's tier; it is not a tier itself. Shyphan's tier remains Zoho Premium Partner. The accreditation is valid for one year, so it has to be kept current, which is exactly how a credential like this should work in a field that changes every quarter.

Why being first in the MEA matters

AI in a CRM or ERP is only as good as the process and data underneath it. In the Middle East and Africa, that foundation has regional requirements that a generic AI rollout tends to miss:

  • Arabic and English, side by side. Customers write in Arabic, English and a mix of both. Lead summaries, ticket replies and email drafts have to work in both languages, and right-to-left layouts have to stay intact.
  • Data residency. Zoho runs data centres in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Where a business has hosted its Zoho account matters for which AI features are available and where prompts are processed, so the choice of AI layer has to respect it.
  • Tax and e-invoicing. AI that touches finance has to sit on top of correct UAE VAT and the coming UAE e-invoicing regime, ZATCA FATOORA in Saudi Arabia, and the rules in each other market. Automation that ignores them creates compliance work instead of removing it.
  • WhatsApp-first customers. Across the Gulf, the customer conversation happens on WhatsApp. AI follow-ups and service assistants need approved templates, opt-in and a clean hand-off to a person.

Being the first AI Enabled Zoho Partner in the region means businesses here no longer have to choose between a partner who knows Zoho AI and a partner who knows the MEA. We have spent years implementing Zoho for UAE free zone companies, Saudi enterprises and Lebanese and Egyptian growth businesses; the accreditation adds Zoho's own AI training on top of that delivery record.

Three Zoho credentials, one team

  • Zoho Premium Partner: our partner tier, awarded on delivered business, certified consultants and customer retention.
  • Zoho Top Partner, MEA, Q3 2026: Zoho's quarterly recognition for the Middle East and Africa (read the announcement).
  • AI Enabled Partner, AI Accelerator Series 2026: the first in the MEA, certified on 14 October 2026.

The Zoho AI stack we deliver

Zoho's AI is not one product. It is a set of layers, and most of the value in an AI project comes from choosing the lightest layer that solves the problem. These are the ones we implement:

The Zoho AI stack

How AI fits into Zoho, layer by layer

Start at the lightest layer that solves the problem. Add agents and external models only when the job needs them.

  1. 4

Zoho MCP · Zia LLM · your own model

Claude, ChatGPT and other models work on Zoho data through scoped, permission-controlled tools.

Use when: assistants or external models must act on Zoho data
  2. 3

    Zia Agents and Agent Studio

Goal-driven agents that plan multi-step work: qualify leads, prepare quotes, triage tickets.

Use when: a task has several steps and clear rules
  3. 2

Zia, built into every Zoho app

Predictions, anomaly alerts, sentiment, reply suggestions and natural-language analytics.

Use when: the job is inside one Zoho app (most projects start here)
  4. 1

    Your Zoho data

Zoho CRM, Books, Desk, People, Inventory, Analytics and Creator: the foundation every AI layer reads from.

    Clean, consistent data comes first

Zia in Zoho apps

Zoho's built-in AI across CRM, Desk, Books, Analytics and more: deal and churn predictions, anomaly alerts, best time to contact, call and email insights, ticket sentiment and reply suggestions. Fastest to switch on, usually the first step.

Zia Agents and Agent Studio

Goal-driven AI agents that can plan and carry out multi-step work using Zoho tools, for example qualifying a lead, preparing a quote or triaging a support queue, with guardrails and approval steps you define.

Zoho MCP

Model Context Protocol support that lets assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT read and act on Zoho data through scoped, permission-controlled tools, so teams can ask questions of their CRM or Books in plain language.

Zia LLM or your own model

Zoho's own large language model, run inside Zoho's infrastructure, or a bring-your-own-key connection to a provider such as OpenAI. We choose between them on privacy, language and cost.

Deluge and Zoho Flow

For logic that must be exact every time, such as VAT rules, approvals and data sync, we still use Deluge scripts and Zoho Flow. AI decides where judgement helps; code handles what must never vary.

Zia in Zoho Analytics

Natural-language questions over your business data, auto-generated insights and forecasts, so managers get answers without waiting for a report to be built.

Feature availability depends on the Zoho edition and the data centre your account is hosted in. We confirm what is available for your account during discovery, before anything is promised.

AI in Zoho for MEA teams

These are the use cases we see most often across the region. Every one keeps a person in the loop where the decision carries money, compliance or customer risk.

How we deliver an AI project in Zoho

Every AI project we run in Zoho follows the same five steps, from the first conversation to a governed rollout. Each step ends with something you can review before the next one starts.

How we deliver AI in Zoho

Five steps from idea to a governed AI rollout

  1. 1

    Discover

    Discovery and data readiness

We map the process, agree the KPI the project must move, and audit the data AI will rely on: duplicates, empty fields, inconsistent stages. Poor data is the most common reason AI projects disappoint.

Output: Process map, KPI, data audit

  2. 2

    Choose

    Choose the lightest AI layer

If native Zia solves it, we use Zia. Zia Agents, Zoho MCP or an external model come in only when the job needs them.

    Output: Recommended AI layer

  3. 3

    Guardrails

    Permissions and guardrails

Each agent or connection gets the minimum access it needs, approval steps for risky actions, and logging so every AI action can be traced.

    Output: Access and approval model

  4. 4

    Pilot

    Pilot and test

We run on a real slice of your data with a test set of normal and awkward cases, in Arabic and English, and agree the accuracy bar before go-live.

Output: Pilot results vs accuracy bar

  5. 5

    Hand over

    Train, hand over and review

Users and admins are trained, the setup is documented, and we review results after go-live to tune prompts, rules and thresholds.

    Output: Trained team, documentation

Data privacy and governance

The AI layer you choose decides where your data goes, so we treat it as a governance decision, not a technical detail:

  • Native Zia and Zia LLM run within Zoho's own infrastructure, which keeps processing inside the Zoho environment your account already uses.
  • Bring-your-own-key connections send prompts to the external provider you choose, under that provider's terms, so we document exactly which fields are shared.
  • Zoho MCP connections start read-only and least-privilege, and write actions are added one at a time with approval.
  • Regional law: the UAE PDPL, the Saudi PDPL and free zone regimes such as DIFC and ADGM all apply to personal data. We confirm the current requirements for your business at scoping.

How to evaluate an AI Zoho partner

A badge is a starting point, not proof of delivery. Whoever you hire, including us, ask these questions before you sign:

  1. Can you show the accreditation? Ask for the certificate and its ID, and check the partner's tier on Zoho's official partner directory.
  2. Which AI layer would you use, and why? A good partner can explain why native Zia is enough, or why an agent or external model is needed.
  3. How will you check our data first? Expect a data-readiness review before any AI is switched on.
  4. What can the AI do on its own? Ask for the permission model and which actions need human approval.
  5. How will you prove it works? Ask for a test set, an accuracy bar and pilot results before rollout.
  6. Who supports it after go-live? Models, prompts and Zoho features change; someone has to own tuning and updates.

Zoho AI partner across the Middle East and Africa

We deliver Zoho AI projects in every major market in the region, remotely and from our offices in Ras Al Khaimah, Riyadh and Beirut. Each country page covers local tax, e-invoicing, language and data-residency rules alongside Zoho. Outside the region too, see AI Enabled Zoho Partner in 21 countries.

What changes for our clients

For existing clients, nothing about how we work changes: the same consultants, the same fixed quotes after a free discovery call, the same support. What changes is what we can now offer inside Zoho. AI features become part of every implementation and health check we run, with a team that Zoho has trained and assessed for exactly that.

For businesses across the MEA, from Qatar and Egypt to South Africa, that have been waiting for a Zoho partner who can deliver AI properly and locally, we would be glad to talk. Start with a free consultation, and we will tell you honestly where AI will help your Zoho setup and where it will not.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an AI Enabled Zoho Partner?
An AI Enabled Zoho Partner is a Zoho partner that has completed Zoho's AI Accelerator Series and its assessment, and been accredited by Zoho as ready to design, deploy and govern AI across the Zoho ecosystem, including Zia, Zia Agents and AI automation.
Is Shyphan the first AI Enabled Zoho Partner in the MEA?
Yes. Shyphan AI Solutions was accredited by Zoho as an AI Enabled Partner on 14 October 2026 after completing the AI Accelerator Series 2026, making it the first AI Enabled Zoho Partner in the Middle East and Africa.
Is AI Enabled Partner the same as Zoho Premium Partner?
No. Premium is a partner tier awarded on delivered business, certified consultants and customer retention. AI Enabled is a separate accreditation for AI capability. Shyphan holds both, together with the Zoho Top Partner recognition for MEA in Q3 2026.
How long is the AI Enabled Partner accreditation valid?
Shyphan's certificate is valid for one year from 14 October 2026, so it has to be kept current. That suits a field where Zoho's AI features change every quarter.
Which Zoho AI features can Shyphan implement?
Zia features across Zoho CRM, Desk, Books, Analytics and People, Zia Agents and Agent Studio, Zoho MCP connections for assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT, Zia LLM or a bring-your-own-key model, and Deluge and Zoho Flow automation. Availability depends on your Zoho edition and data centre, which we confirm at discovery.
What is the difference between Zia and Zia Agents?
Zia is the AI built into each Zoho app: predictions, anomaly alerts, sentiment and reply suggestions inside CRM, Desk, Books or Analytics. Zia Agents are goal-driven assistants, built in Agent Studio, that plan and carry out multi-step work across Zoho tools, such as qualifying a lead or triaging a support queue, within the permissions and approval steps you set.
Does Shyphan deliver Zoho AI in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the rest of the MEA?
Yes. Shyphan delivers Zoho AI projects across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt and South Africa, remotely and from offices in Ras Al Khaimah, Riyadh and Beirut, with Arabic and English testing on every AI workflow.
Can Zoho AI work in Arabic?
Many Zoho AI features handle Arabic text, and we design and test every AI workflow in both Arabic and English for MEA clients, including right-to-left layouts, before it goes live.
How can I verify a Zoho partner's AI accreditation?
Ask the partner for the Zoho certificate and its ID; Shyphan's is 9A1YME07I8SZ8. Check the partner's tier on Zoho's official partner directory, and ask for pilot results from a real AI project rather than relying on a badge alone.
