ID and KYC documents
Read passports, national IDs and trade licences for onboarding, check expiry dates and flag mismatches with the application form. Images and extracted data are stored with strict access and retention rules.
Email and upload intake
Documents arrive from a shared mailbox, upload portal, scanner or WhatsApp. Each is classified by type, split if several are bundled in one PDF, and routed to the right extraction model.
Validation and confidence

When AI Document Processing and Extraction is the wrong answer
If your suppliers can already send structured e-invoices through Peppol, FATOORA or another e-invoicing network, receiving that data directly beats extracting it from PDFs. Very low volumes, a few dozen documents a month, rarely justify a pipeline. Handwritten forms in poor condition also stay error-prone and need heavier human review.
