What we use to deliver Zoho Integration Services
The tools we typically use. The final choice is made against your systems, budget and team.
Zoho Integration Services: what is included
Zoho integration services connect Zoho to the other systems your business runs on, so data moves once and stays consistent.
ERP and accounting links
Two-way sync between Zoho CRM and ERPs such as Odoo, Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP or Tally: customers, products, price lists, sales orders and invoice status. We define which system owns each field so the two never overwrite each other.
eCommerce order flow
Orders from Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento flow into Zoho Inventory or Books with correct tax, stock and customer records, and fulfilment status flows back. Abandoned carts and customer events can create CRM leads for follow-up.
Payment gateway integration
Stripe and regional payment gateways connected to Zoho Books or Billing so payments reconcile against invoices automatically, failed payments trigger dunning, and payment links appear on quotes. Reconciliation rules are tested against real settlement files, not just test transactions.
Telephony and WhatsApp
Cloud telephony click-to-call, call logging and recordings inside CRM or Desk, plus WhatsApp Business Platform messaging with approved templates and opt-in tracking. Conversations land on the right contact record so agents see the full history.
Zoho Flow or middleware
Zoho Flow suits simple, low-volume links. High volumes, complex transformations or strict audit needs call for middleware we build on Node.js or serverless cloud functions. We choose per integration and explain the trade-off in cost and maintenance.
Monitoring, retries and alerts
Every integration logs what it sent and received, retries failed calls, respects Zoho API credit limits and alerts a named person when something stops. Silent failures are the main reason integrations lose trust, so we design against them from the start.

How Zoho Integration Services changes by market
Tax, e-invoicing, data protection and language rules differ by country. We confirm the current position for each market at scoping.
E-invoicing clearance links
Some markets require invoices to pass through a government or accredited platform: ZATCA FATOORA in Saudi Arabia, IRN generation in India, Peppol and PINT AE networks in the EU and UAE. Integrations must handle these responses. We confirm the current rules at scoping.
Regional payment providers
Card and wallet options differ by market, so payment integrations change too: Stripe is common in the UK, EU and USA, while Gulf, Indian and African buyers often need regional gateways with their own settlement formats and reconciliation logic.
Data residency between systems
An integration can move personal data across borders even when each system is in-region. We map where data travels between Zoho data centres, cloud middleware and third-party apps against GDPR, PDPL and DPDP obligations before building.
How we deliver Zoho Integration Services
Phases, indicative timing and what is delivered in each. Scope is fixed and quoted before we start.
Systems inventory
List every system, its API or export options, data volumes, and which records need to move in which direction and how often.
Integration design
Field mappings, system of record per field, triggers, error handling and the choice of Zoho Flow, native connector or middleware.
Build and connect
Integrations built against test or sandbox accounts, with authentication, logging and retry logic in place before any live data moves.
End-to-end testing
Realistic scenarios run through both systems, including failures, duplicates and edge cases, then signed off by the owners of each system.
Launch and monitor
Go-live with close monitoring, alert routing agreed and runbooks written so your team or ours can respond when an endpoint changes.
When Zoho Integration Services is the wrong answer
Integration will not fix bad data or unclear ownership; if two systems both claim the customer record, syncing them spreads the confusion faster. Sometimes the better answer is to retire one system and consolidate in Zoho, or in Odoo or Dynamics 365. For one-off moves of historical data, you need a data migration, not an ongoing integration.
How we handle it: We implement Zoho, Odoo and Dynamics 365 and build AI and custom software, so our written recommendation can point you to a simpler option, or to doing nothing yet.
