What we use to deliver Odoo Sales Implementation Services
The tools we typically use. The final choice is made against your systems, budget and team.
Odoo Sales Implementation Services: what is included
Odoo Sales implementation sets up the quotation-to-order flow in Odoo so your team sends accurate, branded quotes that customers can sign and pay online.
Quotation templates and e-signature
We build quotation templates per product line with standard terms, validity periods and optional sections, and switch on online signature and payment so customers can accept a quote from the portal link without printing, scanning or emailing a PDF back to your team.
Pricelists and discount rules
We model your pricing in Odoo pricelists: per customer group, per currency, quantity breaks, date-bound promotions and formula-based prices from cost. Sales users see the right price automatically, and discount limits stop reps from quoting below the margin you have agreed.
Optional products and upsells
We configure optional products and accessories on the quote so customers can add them in the portal, plus product variants and configurable attributes. This keeps upsell items visible on every quote instead of relying on each rep to remember them.
Subscriptions and recurring billing
For recurring revenue we set up subscription plans, billing periods, renewal quotes, upsell and downsell handling, and automatic recurring invoices with saved payment methods, so maintenance contracts and licences renew on schedule without manual reminders.
Sales teams and targets
We create sales teams by region or product, assign members and invoicing targets, and build pipeline and sales analysis reports. Managers see orders to invoice, quotes awaiting signature and revenue by team from the same data the reps use daily.
Order flow into delivery and invoicing
We connect Sales to Inventory and Accounting: invoicing policy on ordered or delivered quantities, down payments, delivery routes and warehouse selection. A confirmed order creates the delivery and, when due, the invoice, with no retyping between departments.

How Odoo Sales Implementation Services changes by market
Tax, e-invoicing, data protection and language rules differ by country. We confirm the current position for each market at scoping.
Tax-ready quotes and invoices
Quotes must carry the right tax: 15% VAT with ZATCA-compliant Arabic invoices in Saudi Arabia, 5% VAT in the UAE, GST in India, 20% VAT in the UK and varying EU rates. We set fiscal positions per market and confirm current rules at scoping.
Currencies and pricelists by market
International sellers usually need a pricelist per currency or region, with exchange rates updated automatically. We configure multi-currency quoting and, for groups, multi-company rules so each entity sells in its own currency and books revenue correctly.
Local payment providers
Online quote payment depends on providers that work in your market. We connect the payment providers Odoo supports for your regions and, where e-invoicing applies, such as FATOORA Phase 2 in Saudi Arabia or IRN in India, link invoices to the localisation.
How we deliver Odoo Sales Implementation Services
Phases, indicative timing and what is delivered in each. Scope is fixed and quoted before we start.
Discovery and pricing
We map how you quote today, your price lists, discount approvals, currencies and the documents customers expect to receive.
Configuration
We set up products, pricelists, quotation templates, taxes, sales teams and the invoicing policy in a staging database.
Integration and data
We import customers, products and open quotes, and connect Sales to Inventory, Accounting, CRM and payment providers.
Testing and training
Your team runs real quotes end to end, from template to signature to invoice, and we fix what they find.
Go-live and support
We switch over, watch the first orders and invoices closely, and hand over documentation and a support channel.
When Odoo Sales Implementation Services is the wrong answer
Odoo Sales is not a full configure-price-quote engine for highly engineered products with thousands of rule-based combinations, and it is not a replacement for a dedicated CPQ tool in that case. If your quotes need complex engineering rules, we would scope a custom configurator module or recommend keeping a specialist CPQ tool linked to Odoo.
How we handle it: We implement Zoho, Odoo and Dynamics 365 and build AI and custom software, so our written recommendation can point you to a simpler option, or to doing nothing yet.
