Daily diaries, foreman notes, photos and weather records are turned into a daily and weekly site summary covering progress, labour, plant, delays and incidents. Numbers come from the source records, and the summary supports progress reporting and delay records.
Subcontractor document checks
Insurance certificates, trade licences, method statements and risk assessments are read by document AI, expiry dates are tracked, and missing items are flagged before the subcontractor is mobilised. Commercial teams get alerts ahead of expiry rather than finding out on site.
Correspondence and variation support
