AI for Law Firms and Legal Teams: what is included
Our AI solutions for law firms help partners, associates and in-house legal teams review contracts faster, extract clauses into structured data, handle matter intake and search the firm's own precedents and know-how.
Contract review assistance
The assistant compares an incoming contract against your playbook and standard positions, highlights deviations in liability, indemnity, termination and governing law, and drafts suggested redlines with explanations. A lawyer reviews every suggestion and signs off; nothing is sent to the other side automatically.
Clause extraction to data
For due diligence or portfolio reviews, document AI extracts parties, term, renewal, change of control, assignment, exclusivity and payment clauses from hundreds of agreements into a spreadsheet or matter system, with the source page linked so associates can verify each entry quickly.
Matter intake and conflicts prep
Prospective clients complete an intake form or chat; the assistant captures parties, matter type, deadlines and documents, drafts a summary for the fee earner, and prepares the names list for your conflicts check. Engagement letters can be generated and sent for signature in Zoho Sign.
Research over firm knowledge
A retrieval assistant searches your precedents, opinions, practice notes and past advice and answers with citations to the firm's own documents. It does not browse public sources unless you choose, and access follows matter permissions so ethical walls are respected.
First drafts from precedents
Associates request a first draft of a standard document, such as an NDA, board resolution or employment letter, and the assistant builds it from your approved precedent and matter facts. Drafts are marked as unreviewed until a lawyer approves them.
Confidentiality and privilege controls
Deployments use enterprise model endpoints with no training on your data, in-region hosting, encryption, matter-level access control and full audit logs. We document where data goes so your risk and compliance partner can approve the design.
The systems it plugs into
Real screens from the platforms we work with. Yours are configured to your entities, processes and KPIs.

Executive KPI dashboard in Zoho Analytics
Leads, conversions, revenue, expenses, profit, tickets and satisfaction on one board, drawn from Zoho CRM, Expense and Desk. Your AI assistant reads from and writes back to screens like this one, so nothing is re-keyed.

How AI for Law Firms and Legal Teams changes by market
Tax, e-invoicing, data protection and language rules differ by country. We confirm the current position for each market at scoping.
Different laws, different playbooks
A contract governed by English law, UAE onshore or DIFC law, Saudi law or Indian law needs a different playbook. Assistants are set up per jurisdiction, and lawyers qualified there confirm the positions.
Arabic and bilingual contracts
Gulf contracts are often bilingual Arabic and English, with one version prevailing. The assistant can compare the two language versions and flag inconsistencies, with Arabic right-to-left display in the review screen.
Data protection and residency
Client data falls under GDPR and UK GDPR, UAE PDPL or India's DPDP Act. We host in-region on Azure, AWS or Zoho data centres, including Saudi Arabia and the UAE, to match client expectations.
How we deliver AI for Law Firms and Legal Teams
Phases, indicative timing and what is delivered in each. Scope is fixed and quoted before we start.

Knowledge preparation
Select and tag precedents, playbooks and templates; remove outdated documents and map access permissions by matter.

Lawyer evaluation
Associates test on closed matters; we measure missed clauses and wrong citations and tune until the team is satisfied.
Rollout and governance
Launch to the practice group with a usage policy, training session and monthly review of logs and accuracy.
When AI for Law Firms and Legal Teams is the wrong answer
AI is a poor fit for novel, high-stakes legal questions where there are no precedents to draw on, and it must never give legal advice to clients without a lawyer in between. If your precedents are scattered across personal drives and email, organising a document management system first will give the AI something reliable to work from.
How we handle it: We implement Zoho, Odoo and Dynamics 365 and build AI and custom software, so our written recommendation can point you to a simpler option, or to doing nothing yet.
