When AI Consulting and Strategy Services is the wrong answer
If you already know exactly what you want built and have the data ready, a separate consulting phase adds little; go straight to a scoped build. Consulting also cannot substitute for leadership decisions on budget and risk. And if you need a formal legal opinion on AI regulation, involve your lawyers; we are not a law firm.
