Zoho Books Integration in Dubai
Zoho Books integration in Dubai connects your accounting to the systems that create or settle transactions: Zoho CRM and Inventory, POS, online stores, payment gateways, bank statements and payroll. Shyphan builds each connection so VAT is posted correctly, fees and settlements reconcile, and your Dubai finance team stops re-keying sales and payments every day.

What we use to deliver Zoho Books integration
Only what the first phase needs is switched on; more follows in later phases.
Zoho Books Integration in Dubai: what is included
Zoho Books integration in Dubai connects your accounting to the systems that create or settle transactions: Zoho CRM and Inventory, POS, online stores, payment gateways, bank statements and payroll.
CRM and Inventory native links
Zoho CRM deals and quotes become Books sales orders and invoices, and Zoho Inventory stock, purchase orders and landed costs flow into Books. We configure the native integrations and test them with your own customers and items.
POS daily sales posting
Sales from each Dubai outlet's POS post to Books either transaction by transaction or as a daily summary per outlet, with payment methods, VAT and discounts split correctly and mapped to that outlet's reporting tag.
E-commerce orders and refunds
Online store orders, refunds and delivery charges post to Books with the right VAT, while marketplace or store payouts are matched to the underlying orders so fees and net settlements reconcile. Common for Dubai online sellers.
Payment gateway settlements
Gateway settlements are split into gross sales, gateway fees and VAT on fees, then matched to invoices. Month-end reconciliation becomes a review rather than a spreadsheet exercise. Refunds and chargebacks are handled too.
Bank statements and feeds
Bank feeds are connected where your bank is supported, otherwise statements are imported on a schedule. Matching rules then suggest links to invoices and bills, speeding up reconciliation. Rules are tuned after the first month.
Payroll journals
Zoho Payroll UAE posts salary, gratuity accrual and WPS payment journals to Books. For other payroll systems we import a journal file each month with the agreed cost centre split.

What changes in Dubai
The local rules and realities we design for before go-live. Rules change, so we re-check the current position at scoping.
Outlets across Dubai
Retailers with outlets in several Dubai malls and districts need each outlet's POS mapped to its own reporting tag and warehouse, so outlet profitability and stock remain visible in Books.
Dubai free zone and mainland entities
Dubai groups often run a DMCC or JAFZA company alongside a mainland entity, each with its own Books organisation. Integrations route each sale to the correct entity and VAT registration.
VAT on fees and settlements
Payment gateways and marketplaces charge fees that carry 5% VAT. Posting fees and VAT separately from gross sales keeps the VAT 201 figures correct for FTA filing.
Working with businesses in Dubai: we support companies across JAFZA, DMCC, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Internet City, DIFC, Al Quoz and Dubai South, with remote delivery and on-site workshops where the project needs them.
How we deliver Zoho Books integration
Phases, indicative timing and what is delivered in each. Scope is fixed and priced in AED before we start.
Integration map
Every system creating or settling transactions listed, with volumes and current manual steps, then a fixed AED quote.
Account and tax mapping
Accounts, tax codes, tags and payment methods mapped per source with your accountant. Mapping is signed off in writing.
Build connections
Native links configured and custom connections built with Zoho Flow, Deluge or the Books API.
Parallel month
One period run with both manual and integrated postings compared, and differences resolved. Differences are traced to their cause.
Go live
Manual entry retired, reconciliation routine documented and failure alerts routed to finance. A named person owns each connection.
When Zoho Books integration is the wrong answer
If your only need is to connect Zoho CRM and Zoho Books, the native integration is enough and you do not need an integration project. And for tiny volumes, such as a few online orders a week, manual entry may cost less than a custom connection. We will tell you which connections are worth building.
How we handle it: We implement Zoho, Odoo and Dynamics 365 and build AI and custom software, so our written recommendation can point you to a simpler option, or to doing nothing yet.
