Bilingual tax invoice templates
Tax invoice, credit note and quote templates show the words Tax Invoice, your TRN, the customer's TRN where applicable, VAT amounts in AED and Arabic and English labels, laid out with your branding and tested on print and PDF.
Custom fields where they help
Fields such as PO number, project, delivery location or LPO date are added to transactions and printed on documents. We add only fields someone will use and make key ones mandatory, so data stays clean.
Approvals on invoices and bills
Transaction approvals send invoices, bills, credit notes or expenses to the right approver before they post. Single or multi-level approvals are set by transaction type, so sensitive documents always get a second pair of eyes.
Reporting tags for branches and projects
Tags split income and expenses by branch, project, cost centre or business line. Making tags mandatory on key transactions means profit by branch is available without separate organisations. Tags also work in budgets.
Roles and permissions

UAE tax invoices must carry the words Tax Invoice, the supplier's TRN, VAT amounts in AED and other required details. Templates are checked against the FTA's requirements with your accountant.
Arabic and English documents
Many UAE customers, particularly government-linked ones, expect bilingual documents. Arabic text is tested on PDFs and prints, where right-to-left layout and font issues usually appear.
Designated zones and export supplies
Free zone and designated zone supplies, exports and reverse-charge purchases need specific tax treatments and invoice wording. Customer and item defaults are set so staff do not choose tax codes manually.
