CRM Implementation Cost in the UAE
CRM implementation cost in the UAE is two separate bills: software licences charged by the vendor per user, and implementation services charged by the partner for setup, data migration, integration and training. Shyphan explains what drives each, scopes it with you, and gives a fixed quote in AED after a free discovery call for Zoho CRM, Odoo CRM or Dynamics 365.

CRM Implementation Cost in the UAE: who it is for

- Processes and pipelines

What we use to deliver CRM implementation cost
Tools and platforms we typically use, and the systems it connects to. The final choice is made against your systems, budget and team.
CRM Implementation Cost in the UAE: what is included
CRM implementation cost in the UAE is two separate bills: software licences charged by the vendor per user, and implementation services charged by the partner for setup, data migration, integration and training.
Users and licence edition
Licences scale with users and edition. Zoho and Odoo publish per-user prices; Microsoft lists Dynamics 365 Sales Professional at USD 65 and Sales Enterprise at USD 105 per user per month. Picking the right edition per role often saves more than negotiating services.
Processes and pipelines
Each extra pipeline, approval workflow, territory rule or Blueprint process adds design and testing time. A single sales pipeline is a small job; separate processes for projects, retail and distributors are a larger one.
Data migration effort
Cost depends on how many sources you have, their condition and how much history you keep. Clean Excel contacts are quick; years of deals, activities and attachments from an old CRM need mapping, deduplication and test loads.
Integrations
Connecting to accounting, ERP, telephony, WhatsApp, e-commerce or a website is usually the largest variable. Native connectors are cheap; custom API integrations with error handling and monitoring take real development time.
Arabic and custom build
Arabic labels, bilingual quote and invoice templates, and custom modules or widgets add effort. Arabic is supported by the platforms out of the box, but templates and translations still need configuring and testing.
Training and support
Role-based training, admin handover and a post go-live support period are part of the cost. Budget for them: CRMs that skip adoption work end up with low usage and a second project later.
Comparing three partner quotes that disagree
How CRM implementation cost in the UAE looks in practice. Illustrative; every project is scoped to the business.

Picture a Dubai and Abu Dhabi logistics company that has received three CRM quotes, one of them several times higher than another, with no clear reason why. The finance manager needs to explain the difference to the owners, and suspects the quotes cover different scope, users and integrations without saying so.
- Break each quote into licences, setup, data migration, integrations, training and support lines, noting which items are missing or described vaguely in each proposal.
- Write one scope document listing users, pipelines, integrations, data volumes and Arabic needs, and ask all three partners to requote against the same scope.
- Build a multi-year cost view combining licences, implementation and support, with VAT shown separately, so owners compare like with like.

Which platform for CRM implementation cost in the UAE?
An honest comparison. We implement all of these, so the recommendation follows your processes, team and budget.
| Option | Best when | How it fits this need |
|---|---|---|
| Zoho CRM | Budget-conscious SMEs wanting predictable per-user licences. | Licence cost per user is generally modest, so implementation services often make up much of year-one cost. Scope discipline matters more than platform price. |
| Odoo CRM | The CRM comes with ERP modules you would buy anyway. | Cost looks higher as a CRM alone but can be lower overall when accounting and inventory are included. Hosting choice and custom modules change the total. |
| Dynamics 365 Sales | Microsoft-centric firms valuing governance over lowest licence cost. | Microsoft lists Sales Professional at USD 65 and Enterprise at USD 105 per user per month. Implementation is often larger too. Shyphan is independent; licences come from Microsoft or a CSP. |
| Custom-built CRM | Truly unique processes and in-house developers to maintain it. | No licences, but build and ongoing maintenance usually exceed a configured platform for UAE SMEs. Worth it only when requirements are unusual and long-lived. |
What changes in the UAE
The local rules and realities we design for before go-live. Rules change, so we re-check the current position at scoping.
VAT on licences and services
Implementation services invoiced by a UAE VAT-registered provider carry 5% VAT, and imported cloud subscriptions may fall under reverse charge. Ask your accountant how this treats your entity and include it in the budget.
E-invoicing scope creep
If your CRM issues quotes that become invoices, e-invoicing via ASPs (pilot from July 2026, mandatory phases in 2027) can affect scope. Check the Ministry of Finance for the latest dates before fixing requirements.
On-site versus remote
We deliver remotely from Ras Al Khaimah across all seven emirates. On-site workshops in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah are included only where the project needs them, which keeps cost down.
What drives the cost, and what it connects to
No price list: we quote a fixed price in AED after discovery. These are the factors that move the effort up or down.
Users and licence edition
Per-user licence fees multiply with headcount and edition. Choosing the right edition per role, rather than the top edition for everyone, is often the largest recurring saving available.
Data migration volume
Moving a clean contact list is quick. Migrating years of deals, activities, attachments and duplicates from spreadsheets or an old CRM takes far longer and needs reconciliation.
Integrations required
Each link to accounting, WhatsApp, telephony, portals or an ERP adds build, testing and monitoring. Integrations are the most common reason quotes differ between partners.
Support after go-live
Some quotes include weeks of hypercare and training refreshers; others stop at go-live. Ongoing support contracts are recurring costs that belong in the multi-year view.
What it connects to
Quote-to-invoice links cost more when finance runs a different vendor's system than when both sit on one platform.
Adds setup effort plus message charges from Meta or the provider, which are separate from CRM licences.
Call logging and click-to-dial vary in effort by phone system, and some need a paid connector.
Lead capture from forms and ad platforms is usually light work, but attribution reporting adds effort.
Finance-side connection to an Accredited Service Provider should be budgeted separately from CRM; check Ministry of Finance dates.
How we deliver CRM implementation cost
Phases, indicative timing and what is delivered in each. Scope is fixed and priced in AED before we start.
Free discovery call
We learn users, processes, data sources and integrations, and tell you honestly which platform and edition fit.
Scoped proposal
A written scope with phases, deliverables, exclusions and a fixed quote in AED, separate from vendor licence costs.
Phase 1 delivery
Core pipeline, data migration and priority integrations, delivered and accepted against the agreed scope. Scope changes are priced before work starts.
Adoption and handover
Training, admin handover and a hypercare period after go-live to fix issues and tune automations.
Optional phases
Further pipelines, integrations or analytics quoted separately, so you only spend when the first phase proves its value.
When CRM implementation cost is the wrong answer
We cannot give a meaningful price without scope, and anyone quoting a flat CRM price before understanding your data and integrations is guessing. If your budget is very tight, start with a phase one limited to one pipeline and Excel import, and add integrations later. If you need a single number before any conversation, this is not the right route.
How we handle it: We implement Zoho, Odoo and Dynamics 365 and build AI and custom software, so our written recommendation can point you to a simpler option, or to doing nothing yet.
Checklist and common mistakes
Buyer's checklist
What to ask for before you choose a provider.
- Ask each partner to split quotes into licences, implementation, migration, integrations, training and support lines.
- Require written assumptions for users, data volumes, integrations and pipelines behind every price.
- Check whether VAT is included or added, and which items are one-time versus recurring each year.
- Confirm what counts as a change request after sign-off and the rate charged for it.
- Ask what post-go-live support is included, for how long, and what response times apply.
- Get the licence supplier and billing arrangement clear, especially for Dynamics 365 via Microsoft or a CSP.
Common mistakes
What we see go wrong in the UAE, and how to avoid it.
- Comparing quotes with different scopeHeadline prices mean little when one quote omits migration or integrations. Issue one written scope to all partners and ask them to quote against it line by line.
- Buying top edition for everyoneMany users only need a lower edition or read access. Map roles to editions before buying, since licences recur every year while setup is one-time.
- Forgetting VAT and message chargesBudgets often omit 5% VAT on services and licences, and WhatsApp message fees. Add these explicitly so the approved budget matches the real invoices.
- No budget for change requestsRequirements always shift during a project. Keep a contingency and agree change request rates upfront so small changes do not stall work or cause disputes.
