Bin-level locations
Every rack, shelf and bin gets a barcode. Stock is known by exact location, so pickers go straight to it, and cycle counts check one bin at a time without stopping the warehouse.
Directed putaway
On receipt, the system suggests where each pallet or carton should go based on product, size, temperature needs, expiry and free capacity, so fast movers sit near dispatch and space is used well.
Optimised picking
Single, batch, wave or zone picking with walking routes sorted by bin sequence, and scan confirmation at every pick, cuts both walking time and the number of wrong items sent to customers.
Labels and packing
Carton, pallet and shipping labels print on ZPL label printers, packing stations verify items by scan, and courier labels are generated through carrier APIs right at the pack bench, without retyping addresses.
3PL client billing
For third-party logistics warehouses, storage by pallet or cubic metre, handling per movement and value-added services are captured automatically and billed per client under each contract's rates, with 5% VAT and TRN on every invoice.

UAE summer heat makes temperature zones important for food, pharma and cosmetics. The system can restrict products to chilled or air-conditioned zones and record which zone stock was held in.
Free zone and mainland flows
Warehouses in designated zones handle goods with different VAT treatment from mainland sites. The WMS records inbound source and outbound destination so documents and your accountant have what they need.

When custom warehouse software is the wrong answer
A custom WMS is too much for a small store room or a warehouse shipping a few dozen orders a day. Odoo Inventory with its barcode app, or Zoho Inventory, covers bins and scanning at far lower cost.
