Vikas Saroj is Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Growth at Shyphan AI Solutions. He oversees operations and project delivery across India, the Gulf and the UK, from the Noida headquarters where most of the engineering and consulting bench is based.
He owns the delivery model that every Shyphan proposal is built on: a free discovery call, a written scope with a fixed price in the client's currency, fortnightly demonstrations, a reconciled data migration and thirty days of hyper-care before the support contract starts. Named consultants, SLAs and release-wave testing are his standards, not add-ons.
Vikas is Zoho Creator Associate certified and is the named author and reviewer of Shyphan's published guidance on Zoho, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, AI and custom software, which is why his name appears on the country and service pages across the site. He also leads growth: the country clusters, the content programme and the measurement behind them.
