Amir Ehtesam is Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Shyphan AI Solutions. He drives business development across the GCC, working from the Ras Al Khaimah and Riyadh offices with enterprise and mid-market clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
His remit covers the whole commercial cycle: qualifying opportunities, running discovery with the delivery team, shaping proposals with a fixed scope and price, and staying close to the account after go-live so support and expansion work is handled by people who already know the client.
Because Shyphan implements Zoho, Odoo and Microsoft Dynamics 365 and builds custom and AI applications, his conversations start with the client's process and budget rather than a product. The recommendation that comes back is written against fit, including the option that a smaller platform, or no change at all, is the right answer.
