Fazal Mahfooz is Co-Founder and Global CEO of Shyphan AI Solutions. He leads global strategy and expansion, which today means a team of more than 100 certified consultants and engineers working from seven offices in Noida, Ras Al Khaimah, Riyadh, Beirut, Istanbul, Lagos and London.
Under his leadership Shyphan became a Zoho Premium Partner and was recognised as a Q3 2026 Top Zoho Partner in the Middle East and Africa, alongside its standing as an Official Odoo Partner and an independent Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultancy. He is personally certified on Zoho Creator at Associate and Professional level, so partner conversations and client architecture reviews are grounded in hands-on product knowledge.
His focus is the Gulf. Saudi Arabia and the UAE are where Shyphan has invested most in local presence, Arabic-speaking consultants and compliance depth around ZATCA, FTA, WPS and GOSI, and where the largest engagements such as the Shura Links project for Red Sea Global have been delivered.
