Event-driven triggers
Flows start when something happens: an email arrives, a form is submitted, a WhatsApp message comes in or a record changes stage. Each trigger has a clear owner, and failed runs alert that owner rather than failing silently.
AI classification steps
A model reads an incoming message or document and labels it, for example quote request, complaint or supplier invoice, with the fields it found. Low-confidence items go to a person's queue instead of guessing the route.
Drafted replies for review
For common requests the flow drafts a reply in Arabic or English from approved content and attaches it to the record. A staff member edits and sends; only templates you approve can go out automatically.
Approval steps in the flow
Discounts, refunds, credit limits and purchase requests route to named approvers in Teams, Zoho Cliq or email. The decision and approver are written back to the record and the run log.

Many UAE customers start on WhatsApp. Flows use the official WhatsApp Business Platform with opt-in and approved templates, so messages can create records and trigger follow-ups without risking your number.
Bilingual routing
Messages arrive in Arabic, English or a mix. AI steps classify both, and replies are drafted in the customer's language, with Arabic cases included in the test set.
PDPL-aware data flows
Workflows move personal data between systems. We document each flow's data, keep only what is needed and use a UAE hosting region for AI steps where the provider offers one.

When AI workflow automation is the wrong answer
If a workflow has only structured inputs, such as web form fields or ERP status changes, standard Zoho Flow, Power Automate or Odoo automated actions will do the job without AI and cost less to run. AI steps are worth adding only where people currently read and interpret free text or documents.
