Mobile App Integration in the UAE
Mobile app integration connects your iOS and Android app to the systems behind it, such as your CRM, ERP, payment gateway, WhatsApp and delivery partners, so orders, customers and stock stay in step. Shyphan builds these connections for UAE businesses through a secure middleware API, with retries, logging and monitoring, whether your back office runs Zoho, Odoo, Dynamics 365 or custom software.

Mobile App Integration in the UAE: the short answer
- What it is
- Mobile app integration is the design and build of the APIs and data flows that link a mobile app with business systems and third-party services.
- Best suited to
- UAE businesses whose app must show live prices, stock, bookings or account data from a CRM or ERP, or pass orders and payments back without manual re-keying.
- Core stack
- Node.js, Zoho CRM API, Odoo JSON-RPC, Dynamics 365 Web API, Telr, WhatsApp Business Platform
- Typical timeline
- A focused first release in 8 to 16 weeks after discovery: two to three weeks of discovery and prototype, then build in two-week increments you review.
- What it costs
- We quote a fixed price in AED after a discovery session, broken into phases so you are never committing to the whole build on day one.
- Local specifics
- UAE PASS sign-in; VAT and e-invoicing data; UAE hosting for the API layer.

What we use to deliver mobile app integration
Tools and platforms we typically use, and the systems it connects to. The final choice is made against your systems, budget and team.
Mobile App Integration in the UAE: what is included
Mobile app integration connects your iOS and Android app to the systems behind it, such as your CRM, ERP, payment gateway, WhatsApp and delivery partners, so orders, customers and stock stay in step.
Middleware API layer
Rather than letting the app call your ERP directly, we build a small API layer in Node.js, .NET or Python that handles authentication, caching and rate limits. The app stays fast and your ERP credentials never sit on customer phones.
CRM and ERP sync
We connect apps to Zoho CRM and Books, Odoo or Dynamics 365 so customers, orders, invoices and stock flow both ways. We agree which system owns each field, so records do not overwrite each other.
Payment gateway integration
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Telr, Network International or Checkout.com, and instalments through Tabby or Tamara, with payment status written back to your ERP and webhooks handled so paid orders are never missed.
WhatsApp and notifications
Order updates, booking reminders and OTPs through the WhatsApp Business Platform with approved templates and opt-in, plus Firebase push notifications, triggered by events in your back-office system, such as dispatch, payment or a changed appointment.
Maps, delivery and logistics
Address capture with map pins, delivery zones and rates, and hand-off to courier or last-mile partners via their APIs, with tracking status fed back into the app so customers see where their order is without calling.
Error handling and monitoring
Every integration has retries, queues for failed messages, logs and alerts. When a partner API is down, orders wait safely and are replayed, and your team sees a clear dashboard rather than silent gaps.
The systems it plugs into
Real screens from the platforms we implement. Yours are configured to your entities, processes and KPIs.

Sales targets and team performance in Zoho CRM
Individual and regional target trackers, team performance and recent leads by source. Your software reads from and writes back to screens like this one, so nothing is re-keyed.
- Middleware API layer
- CRM and ERP sync
- Payment gateway integration

The Odoo CRM pipeline
Opportunities by stage with expected revenue, tags and next activities, in a kanban view. The same software connects to Odoo in exactly the same way.
- WhatsApp and notifications
- UAE PASS sign-in
- VAT and e-invoicing data
What changes in the UAE
The local rules and realities we design for before go-live. Rules change, so we re-check the current position at scoping.
UAE PASS sign-in
Where the organisation is eligible after onboarding with UAE PASS, we integrate UAE PASS sign-in into the app and map the verified identity to the customer record in your CRM.
VAT and e-invoicing data
Orders from the app must carry correct 5% VAT and TRN data into your accounting system. We also design integrations with the UAE e-invoicing rollout from 2026 and 2027 in mind; check the Ministry of Finance for the latest dates.
UAE hosting for the API layer
The middleware can run on AWS me-central-1 or Azure UAE North, keeping customer data in the UAE where your policy or PDPL assessment calls for it.
How we deliver mobile app integration
Phases, indicative timing and what is delivered in each. Scope is fixed and priced in AED before we start.
Systems and data mapping
We list every system, the data each owns and the events that must move between them.
API design
Endpoints, authentication, error codes and sync rules documented in OpenAPI and agreed with your team.
Build and connect
Middleware built, each system connected in turn and tested with sandbox accounts and realistic test data.
End-to-end testing
Full journeys tested from app to ERP and back, including failures, retries and edge cases.
Go-live and monitoring
Staged release, alerts switched on and a short hypercare period to watch real traffic and fix issues.
When mobile app integration is the wrong answer
If your back-office system has no usable API or the data inside it is unreliable, integration will expose the mess rather than fix it. In that case we suggest cleaning up or replacing the core system first. And for a single one-way feed, a Zoho Flow or Power Automate connector may be cheaper than custom middleware.
How we handle it: We implement Zoho, Odoo and Dynamics 365 and build AI and custom software, so our written recommendation can point you to a simpler option, or to doing nothing yet.
