Enterprise Automation in the UAE
Enterprise automation UAE groups need is less about one clever workflow and more about governed automation across many systems, entities and departments: approvals that span ERP, CRM and HR, document AI with audit trails, and integrations that survive upgrades. Shyphan designs and delivers this on Power Platform, Zoho Flow, Odoo or custom services, with SSO, environment control and a centre-of-excellence model your IT team can own.

What we use to deliver enterprise automation
Tools and platforms we typically use, and the systems it connects to. The final choice is made against your systems, budget and team.
Enterprise Automation in the UAE: what is included
Enterprise automation UAE groups need is less about one clever workflow and more about governed automation across many systems, entities and departments: approvals that span ERP, CRM and HR, document AI with audit trails, and integrations that survive upgrades.
Cross-system process automation
Processes like procure-to-pay, hire-to-retire or order-to-cash touch SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Odoo, Zoho or bespoke systems. We map the end-to-end flow and automate the hand-offs through APIs and integration services, not screen scraping, so automations survive system upgrades.
Governance and environments
Development, test and production environments, data loss prevention policies, naming standards and a solution catalogue are set up before scale. Your IT team knows what automation exists, who owns it and what data each flow touches.
SSO and role-based access
Automations and apps authenticate through Microsoft Entra ID or your identity provider, with roles mapped to existing groups. Joiners, movers and leavers are handled centrally, which audit teams expect in a regulated or listed group.
Document AI at volume
Supplier invoices, contracts, employee documents and customer forms are read and routed at scale, with confidence thresholds and human review queues. Every decision is logged with the document, the extracted data and the approver.
Multi-entity and multi-country
Approval matrices, currencies, tax rules and languages vary by entity. We design automations that read these rules from configuration rather than hard-coding them, so adding a new subsidiary in the UAE or GCC does not mean rebuilding flows.
Centre of excellence model
We help set up an automation centre of excellence: intake process, prioritisation by value, reusable components, citizen developer guidelines and support tiers. Over time your team builds more itself, and we focus on complex integrations.
The platforms we deliver it on
Real screens from the platforms we implement. Yours are configured to your entities, processes and KPIs.

Executive KPI dashboard in Zoho Analytics
Leads, conversions, revenue, expenses, profit, tickets and satisfaction on one board, drawn from Zoho CRM, Expense and Desk.
- Zoho: fastest and lowest cost per user for SMEs and growing teams.

Sales dashboard in Odoo
Quotations, orders, revenue and average order value with the monthly trend, built from live Odoo data.
- Odoo: strongest where stock, manufacturing and operations lead.

A Power BI dashboard
Pipeline, revenue and opportunity tiles pinned from several reports into one dashboard, the layer we put over Dynamics 365 data.
- Dynamics 365: best for Microsoft-centric companies and larger groups.
What changes in the UAE
The local rules and realities we design for before go-live. Rules change, so we re-check the current position at scoping.
UAE cloud regions
Microsoft, AWS, Oracle and Zoho operate UAE data centre regions, which helps groups with data residency expectations from regulators, government clients or internal policy. We design automations to keep data processing in-region where required.
PDPL, DIFC and ADGM regimes
Groups often have entities under PDPL alongside DIFC or ADGM entities with separate data protection laws. Data flows between entities are documented and controlled so automation does not create compliance gaps.
E-invoicing for AED 50M+ groups
Businesses with revenue of AED 50M or more are scheduled to go live with e-invoicing from 1 January 2027 via Accredited Service Providers. Invoice automation should be designed with PINT AE data in mind. Check the Ministry of Finance for the latest dates.
How we deliver enterprise automation
Phases, indicative timing and what is delivered in each. Scope is fixed and priced in AED before we start.
Discovery and value map
Stakeholder interviews across departments produce a process inventory, value estimates, risks and a prioritised automation roadmap.
Architecture and governance
Integration patterns, environments, security, DLP policies and support model are agreed with IT and information security.
First wave delivery
Three to five high-value processes are automated, tested with business owners and released through change control.
Operate and measure
Monitoring, error handling and usage reports run from day one, and benefits are reviewed with process owners each quarter.
Scale and hand over
Further waves follow the roadmap while your centre of excellence takes on simpler automations with our support.
When enterprise automation is the wrong answer
Enterprise automation fails when there is no process owner, no IT sponsor or no appetite for governance. If you want a few quick departmental flows, a corporate or SME approach is faster and cheaper. If core systems are due for replacement within a year, automating around them may be wasted effort; sequence the ERP decision first.
How we handle it: We implement Zoho, Odoo and Dynamics 365 and build AI and custom software, so our written recommendation can point you to a simpler option, or to doing nothing yet.
