Quote comparison
Supplier quotes arriving as PDFs, emails or WhatsApp messages are read into a side-by-side comparison: price, VAT, delivery time, payment terms and exclusions. Differences in scope are highlighted rather than hidden in the total.
Delivery chasing
Open purchase orders past their confirmation or delivery date get follow-up drafts to the supplier. Replies are read, new dates are updated on the order and buyers are alerted where a delay affects a project or production date.
Supplier document checks

UAE suppliers must show TRNs and VAT at 5% on tax invoices. The agent checks both at quote and invoice stage, so non-compliant suppliers are caught before they become an input VAT problem.
Import purchases and customs
Many UAE purchases are imported, with the 5% GCC customs duty and freight on top. Quote comparisons can include landed cost estimates so an import quote is compared fairly with a local one.
