Groups can run one platform with entity-level separation of tools, data and approvers, respecting PDPL, DIFC or ADGM rules per entity. An agent in one entity cannot call tools registered to another.
Bilingual approvers

When AI agent platform is the wrong answer
If you plan one or two agents, a platform project is overhead; build the agents directly with good logging and approvals and revisit later. And if you are fully on Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio alone may be enough. We would say so rather than sell a custom platform.
