The short answer

Your Zoho AI partner in France

Shyphan AI Solutions is a Zoho AI Enabled Partner for businesses in France: accredited by Zoho on 14 October 2026 after the Zoho AI Accelerator Series 2026, the first in the Middle East and Africa, and a Zoho Premium Partner. We implement Zia, Zia Agents, Zoho MCP and AI automation inside Zoho CRM, Books, Desk and Analytics, designed around GDPR, the Loi Informatique et Libertés, TVA and French e-invoicing, and tested in French and English.

Why AI in Zoho here

Why AI in Zoho pays off in France

French organisations weigh AI against the GDPR, the CNIL's guidance and the EU AI Act, and many are replacing older CRM and accounting systems at the same time. AI in Zoho lets them start small, document every use case and keep the e-invoicing reform on rails.

Where we see the biggest gains in France

Real estate

AI in Zoho CRM scores portal and website leads, routes them to the right agent and drafts follow-ups, while Zoho Analytics shows which sources and listings convert.

Local rules

What a Zoho AI rollout in France must respect

AI is only as safe as the rules it is built around. These are the ones we design for in France.

Data protection

GDPR and the Loi Informatique et Libertés. We document which fields each AI feature can read, keep access least-privilege and keep people in the loop on decisions about people.

Tax and e-invoicing

20% standard VAT and French e-invoicing. AI assists finance teams, but tax calculation and statutory invoices stay rule-based, never decided by a model.

Language

Customers and staff in France work in French and English. Prompts, reply suggestions and summaries are tested in each language before go-live.

Hosting and data residency

Zoho accounts in France are hosted in one of Zoho's regional data centres. We check where your account is hosted and which AI features run in that region, and we document any external model connection and the fields it receives.

Readiness checklist

Zoho AI readiness checklist for France

Six things to settle before AI goes live in your Zoho account.

  1. Clean the data first. Merge duplicates, fill key fields and fix pipeline stages in Zoho before any AI reads them.
  2. Check GDPR. Confirm the lawful basis and notices for using personal data with AI under GDPR and the Loi Informatique et Libertés.
  3. Decide what AI can see. List the modules and fields each AI feature or agent may read, and keep write access off at first.
  4. Keep VAT and French e-invoicing rule-based. Let AI read documents and flag anomalies, but leave tax calculation and statutory invoicing to rules.
  5. Test in English. Build a test set of real messages and documents in each language before switching anything on.
  6. Confirm hosting and AI availability. Check the Zoho region your account is hosted in and which Zia features run there; document any external model connection.
How we deliver

From idea to a governed AI rollout in France

Each step ends with something you can review before the next one starts.

  1. 1

    Discover

    Discovery and data readiness

We map the process, agree the KPI the project must move, and audit the data AI will rely on: duplicates, empty fields, inconsistent stages.

Output: Process map, KPI, data audit

  2. 2

    Choose

    Choose the lightest AI layer

If native Zia solves it, we use Zia. Zia Agents, Zoho MCP or an external model come in only when the job needs them.

    Output: Recommended AI layer

  3. 3

    Guardrails

    Permissions and guardrails

Each agent or connection gets the minimum access it needs, approval steps for risky actions, and logging designed around GDPR.

    Output: Access and approval model

  4. 4

    Pilot

    Pilot and test

We run on a real slice of your data with a test set of normal and awkward cases in French and English, and agree the accuracy bar before go-live.

Output: Pilot results vs accuracy bar

  5. 5

    Hand over

    Train, hand over and review

Users and admins are trained, the setup is documented, and we review results after go-live to tune prompts, rules and thresholds.

    Output: Trained team, documentation

Zoho in France

Getting AI Enabled Zoho Partner right in France

Rolling out Zoho in France goes best when the local rules are designed in from day one. These are the four we start with in AI Enabled Zoho Partner.

TVA and e-invoicing in the design

TVA rates, your SIREN and intra-community VAT number and the route to an approved e-invoicing platform are part of the first configuration, not a phase two.

Payroll connected

Zoho People feeds your French payroll engine, such as Silae, PayFit, Sage Paie or Cegid, and payroll journals post back to the ledger from the start.

French by default

Templates, customer communication and staff documents in French, as the Loi Toubon requires, with English where you need it.

Delivery on CET hours

Workshops, training and support scheduled on CET hours, remote by default, with on-site days in Paris when they help.

French compliance

What French compliance means for AI Enabled Zoho Partner

In France, TVA and corporate tax are filed with the DGFiP, payroll is reported every month through the DSN, and the e-invoicing reform changes how invoices are sent and received from 1 September 2026. These are the rules a French setup has to get right.

ObligationWhat the rule isWhat has to be configured
TVA (VAT)The standard rate is 20%, with 10% for restaurants, passenger transport and some renovation work, 5.5% for most food, books and energy-efficiency works, and 2.1% for the press and some medicines. Returns go on the CA3, monthly or quarterly for small amounts, under the régime réel normal, or on the annual CA12 with instalments under the régime réel simplifié. Intra-EU B2B trade uses the reverse charge (autoliquidation) with EMEBI and DES declarations, B2C distance sales go through the OSS, and import VAT is self-assessed on the CA3.The right rate by item and customer, SIREN and intra-community VAT numbers on every invoice with the mandatory mentions (payment terms, late-payment penalty rate and the EUR 40 fixed recovery fee), reverse charge and OSS treatment set correctly, deductible TVA tracked, and CA3 or CA12 figures for each period.
E-invoicing reformFrom 1 September 2026 every VAT-registered business must be able to receive structured e-invoices, and large and mid-sized companies (GE and ETI) must also issue e-invoices and e-report. SMEs and micro-businesses must issue from 1 September 2027. Invoices travel through approved platforms (Plateformes Agréées) in Factur-X, UBL or CII format, and invoices to the public sector already go through Chorus Pro.Zoho Books' French edition producing Factur-X invoices and connected to B2Brouter, an approved platform, for sending and receiving, customer SIREN numbers captured on every account, and the full flow tested before your issuing date.
Corporate tax (IS)The standard rate is 25%, or 15% on the first EUR 42,500 of profit for qualifying SMEs (turnover under EUR 10m, fully paid-up capital and at least 75% held by individuals). The annual liasse fiscale is built from accounts kept on the Plan Comptable Général, and the FEC (Fichier des Écritures Comptables) must be produced on request in a tax audit.A chart of accounts on the PCG, entities kept separate, fixed assets recorded, and journals kept complete and sequential so the FEC can be produced on request.
Payroll (DSN, URSSAF, PAS)Every month the employer files the DSN (déclaration sociale nominative) through net-entreprises.fr, pays social contributions to URSSAF and withholds income tax at source (prélèvement à la source). Payroll runs on a French payroll engine such as Silae, PayFit, Sage Paie or Cegid; Zoho Payroll is not available in France.Zoho People kept as the HR record and connected to your payroll provider, so hires, pay changes, absences and leavers flow across without rekeying, and payroll journals posting to the ledger.
Employment and data rulesThe legal working week is 35 hours, with RTT days where working time is set above it, five weeks' paid leave (2.5 working days per month), sector collective agreements (conventions collectives) and mandatory company health cover (mutuelle). GDPR is enforced by the CNIL, including consent before non-essential cookies, and the Loi Toubon requires French in consumer documents, employment documents and contracts.Leave, RTT and working-time rules set per collective agreement, accounts provisioned in Zoho's EU data centre (zoho.eu), consent captured for every contact, French templates for customers and staff, and access and deletion requests handled on record.

The filing calendar

  • Monthly, quarterly or annuallyTVA return: the CA3 monthly (or quarterly for small amounts) under the régime réel normal, or the annual CA12 with instalments under the régime réel simplifié
  • MonthlyDSN through net-entreprises.fr, with social contributions to URSSAF and income tax withheld at source
  • Once a yearLiasse fiscale and corporate tax (IS) return, built from the annual accounts
  • 1 September 2026 and 1 September 2027E-invoicing: every business must receive from 2026, large and mid-sized companies issue from 2026, and SMEs and micro-businesses issue from 2027

Who you file with

We configure the system to produce what these returns need, and we test it against your own transactions before go-live. We are not tax advisers: your expert-comptable signs the returns, and rates and thresholds change, so treat this as the shape of the work rather than advice. Last reviewed 24 October 2026.

Where working with us is weak - and what we do about it

No partner can fix a process nobody owns internally. Projects fail on unowned data cleansing, scope that grows without being re-priced, and training cut to hit a date - not on the software.

How we handle it: We name those three as risks in the proposal and ask you to nominate an internal owner before we start.
