Turkish businesses moving from legacy on-premise ERPs (Logo Tiger, Mikro Fly, Netsis Wings) to Zoho Books are usually motivated by three forces: cloud access from anywhere, USD-stable pricing, and the full Zoho One ecosystem (CRM + Books + People + Projects). Done badly, the migration loses KDV history and breaks e-Fatura continuity. Here's the proven 5-step playbook.

Step 1: Export from Logo / Mikro / Netsis and audit

Export from Logo Tiger via Logo Connect or LDX format: chart of accounts (hesap planı), customers (cari), suppliers (cari), inventory, voucher journals and KDV reports. Mikro Fly exports via Mikro İş Akış or direct SQL extracts. Netsis Wings supports XML and Excel exports. Audit the data: total receivables, total payables, KDV input/output by period, opening balances by account. Identify orphan accounts and consolidate dormant ledgers before migrating.

Step 2: Map Türk hesap planı to Zoho chart of accounts

Turkish Tek Düzen Hesap Planı (Uniform Chart of Accounts) follows a strict 3-digit-prefix scheme: 100 series for cash, 120 for receivables, 320 for payables, 600 for revenue, 770 for expenses. Map these 1:1 to Zoho Books categorized accounts. Custom Logo/Mikro/Netsis ledgers need new Zoho parent accounts. KDV accounts (191 indirilecek KDV, 391 hesaplanan KDV) map to Zoho's tax accounts. Document every mapping decision in writing before importing, you cannot easily undo.

Step 3: Import, validate, e-Fatura cutover, go live

Import order: 1) Chart of accounts, 2) Customers/vendors (with VKN validation), 3) Inventory items with KDV rates, 4) Opening balances, 5) Historical transactions (typically last 3 years). After each batch validate totals against Logo/Mikro/Netsis reports. Run Zoho Books in PARALLEL with the old ERP for 30 days while e-Fatura entegratör cutover is tested. After successful parallel run, switch off Logo/Mikro/Netsis and operate solely on Zoho.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does Logo Tiger to Zoho Books migration take?
Small Turkish business (3 years history, single branch): 4-6 weeks. Mid-sized with multi-branch: 8-12 weeks. Enterprise with custom Logo workflows: 14-18 weeks. Most time is spent on validation and parallel runs, not data movement.
Will I lose historical KDV declarations and e-Fatura history?
No, properly planned migration preserves up to 5 years of transaction history. We import last 3 years detailed + earlier as opening balances. Historical e-Fatura records stay archived with your previous entegratör for GİB compliance; new invoices flow through your new entegratör + Zoho Books.
Is Zoho Books cheaper than Logo or Mikro in the long run?
Yes for most Turkish SMEs. Logo Tiger annual licenses + maintenance + on-premise infrastructure typically run TRY 80,000-300,000/year. Zoho Books at USD 749-2,999/year (~TRY 24,000-100,000/year) covers cloud, multi-user, multi-currency and integrations, usually 40-60% lower TCO for businesses under 100 users.
