Turkish businesses moving from legacy on-premise ERPs (Logo Tiger, Mikro Fly, Netsis Wings) to Zoho Books are usually motivated by three forces: cloud access from anywhere, USD-stable pricing, and the full Zoho One ecosystem (CRM + Books + People + Projects). Done badly, the migration loses KDV history and breaks e-Fatura continuity. Here's the proven 5-step playbook.

Step 1: Export from Logo / Mikro / Netsis and audit

Export from Logo Tiger via Logo Connect or LDX format: chart of accounts (hesap planı), customers (cari), suppliers (cari), inventory, voucher journals and KDV reports. Mikro Fly exports via Mikro İş Akış or direct SQL extracts. Netsis Wings supports XML and Excel exports. Audit the data: total receivables, total payables, KDV input/output by period, opening balances by account. Identify orphan accounts and consolidate dormant ledgers before migrating.

Step 2: Map Türk hesap planı to Zoho chart of accounts

Turkish Tek Düzen Hesap Planı (Uniform Chart of Accounts) follows a strict 3-digit-prefix scheme: 100 series for cash, 120 for receivables, 320 for payables, 600 for revenue, 770 for expenses. Map these 1:1 to Zoho Books categorized accounts. Custom Logo/Mikro/Netsis ledgers need new Zoho parent accounts. KDV accounts (191 indirilecek KDV, 391 hesaplanan KDV) map to Zoho's tax accounts. Step 3: Import, validate, e-Fatura cutover, go live
