Where Odoo Inventory is weak - and what we do about it
There is no native warehouse-management wave planning or slotting optimisation at the level a dedicated WMS gives you, and very high-volume pick faces can outgrow it.
How we handle it: Below roughly 5,000 lines a day Odoo is comfortable. Above it we scope a WMS integration honestly rather than pretending Odoo will cope.
