Why Shyphan

Why Kuwaiti businesses choose Shyphan for Dynamics 365

Independent consultants who implement Dynamics 365 and also Zoho and Odoo, so the advice is not tied to one licence.

Platform-neutral advice

We implement Dynamics 365, Zoho and Odoo. If Dynamics is the wrong fit for your size or budget, we say so before you buy licences.

Fixed quote in KWD

Scope, timeline and price agreed in writing after a free discovery call. Change requests are quoted, never absorbed into surprise invoices.

Compliance built in

Local tax, e-invoicing, payroll inputs and data-protection rules are configured and tested before go-live, not patched afterwards.

Seven offices, one bench

Project leadership in your time zone and a shared engineering centre, with on-site workshops in Kuwait City when the project justifies it.

Integration depth

Dataverse, Power Automate, Logic Apps and custom APIs to connect Dynamics to whatever you already run.

Support after go-live

Named consultants, SLAs and release-wave testing so the system keeps working through every Microsoft update.

How it works

Five steps from first call to go-live

Fixed scope, fortnightly demonstrations and no surprises at cutover.

1

Discovery & fit

A free call, then a short paid discovery if needed: processes, data, users and whether Dynamics 365, Zoho or Odoo is the right answer.

2

Solution design

Apps, licences, entities, security roles, integrations, localisation and a written scope with a fixed price in KWD.

3

Configure & build

Environments, configuration, customisations, Power Automate flows and integrations, demonstrated every two weeks.

4

Migrate & test

Cleansed master data and opening balances loaded, user acceptance testing on real scenarios, Kuwait Tax Authority verified end to end.

5

Go-live & hyper-care

Cutover, role-based training, 30 days of hyper-care and hand-over to a monthly support plan.

Pricing

What Dynamics 365 costs in Kuwait

Dynamics vs Zoho vs Odoo

When we recommend Dynamics 365, and when we do not

We are a Zoho Premium Partner and an Official Odoo Partner as well as Dynamics 365 consultants, and we recommend by fit. Dynamics 365 wins when you are already standardised on Microsoft 365 and Azure, need Business Central or Finance for multi-entity accounting, or have enterprise security and Power Platform requirements. Zoho usually wins for Kuwaiti SMEs on cost per user and speed to value across CRM, books, HR and helpdesk. Odoo wins when operations, inventory or manufacturing lead and open source matters. We will put that in writing after the discovery call, including the option not to proceed.

FAQ

Dynamics 365 in Kuwait: questions we get asked

Which systems do you migrate to Dynamics 365 in Kuwait?
CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM and Pipedrive; accounting and ERP such as Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, SAP Business One, Dynamics NAV, GP and AX; helpdesks such as Zendesk and Freshdesk; and spreadsheets.
Do we lose history in a migration?
No. We agree what history is worth keeping, migrate closed opportunities, cases, invoices and ledgers where they add value, and archive the rest in a queryable store.
How do you make sure the data is right?
Field mapping signed off before any load, cleansing and de-duplication rules, trial loads into a sandbox, reconciliation reports against the source, and user acceptance testing on real records.
How long does a migration take?
Two to six weeks for a CRM migration, six to fourteen weeks for an ERP migration including opening balances and Kuwait Tax Authority verification, run alongside the implementation.
Can we run both systems in parallel?
Yes, for a defined period. We plan cutover with a freeze window, a final delta load and a rollback path so the business is never without a system.
Is NAV or GP to Business Central an upgrade or a migration?
A migration. Business Central is a different platform; we move master data, open transactions and history with Microsoft’s cloud migration tools where possible and custom scripts where not.
What does migration cost in Kuwait?
From USD 3,000 for a clean CRM export to USD 15,000 or more for multi-year ERP history with reconciliation, quoted fixed in KWD as part of the implementation.
Will you migrate away from Dynamics if it does not fit?
Yes. We implement Zoho and Odoo as well, and we migrate in that direction when Dynamics turns out to be more than a business needs.

A free 30-minute call, then a written recommendation and a fixed quote in KWD, including the honest option that Dynamics 365 is not the right fit.

Where Dynamics 365 is the wrong answer - and what we do about it

Dynamics 365 is priced and built for organisations standardised on Microsoft. For a small Kuwaiti business that wants CRM, accounting, HR and helpdesk on one bill, a Dynamics 365 seat can cost two to three times a Zoho One seat, and every customisation has to be re-tested twice a year against Microsoft release waves.

How we handle it: We implement Zoho and Odoo as well, so the recommendation after the discovery call is written against your size, budget and Microsoft footprint, including the option not to buy Dynamics at all.
