Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration
Single sign-on lets staff use one company login, protected by multi-factor authentication, to reach all the applications that support it. We connect your applications to an identity provider such as Microsoft Entra ID so access is granted and removed in one place.
- One login across applications
- MFA applied consistently
- Access removed in one step
Single sign-on (SSO) integration connects business applications to one identity provider, such as Microsoft Entra ID or Zoho Directory, so staff sign in once with a company account protected by multi-factor authentication. It reduces password reuse, speeds up onboarding and offboarding, and gives IT one place to control and audit application access.
Single Sign-On (SSO) IntegrationSingle Sign-On (SSO) Integration: what it involves
Most staff juggle a dozen or more passwords for email, CRM, HR, finance and other cloud tools. They reuse passwords, write them down or reset them constantly, and each application has its own separate list of users. When someone leaves, IT has to remember to remove them from every system, and an account missed in one application can stay active long after the person has gone.
We list the applications you use and check which support standards such as SAML or OpenID Connect. Then we connect them to your identity provider, typically Microsoft Entra ID, map user attributes and groups, and set up automatic user provisioning where the application allows it. Multi-factor authentication and conditional access rules apply at sign-in. We test with a pilot group, roll out in stages and document each connection.
Before you start SSO
- 1A list of applications staff sign in to
- 2Which apps support SAML or OpenID Connect
- 3Your identity provider, such as Entra ID or Google
- 4Whether apps support automatic user provisioning
- 5Plan and licence requirements for SSO in each application
Our Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration scope
One secure login across your business applications, with MFA and central control.

Inventory of apps and the sign-in standards they support.
Applications connected using SAML or OpenID Connect.
Accounts created and removed automatically where supported.
Second factor and access rules applied at sign-in.
Access to each app granted through groups and roles.
Tested with a pilot group before wider rollout.
What you receive, and what shapes the cost
What you receive
- Application inventory showing SSO support and protocol for each
- Configured SSO connections using SAML or OpenID Connect
- MFA and conditional access policies applied at sign-in
- Automated user provisioning where applications support it
- Admin guide and user communication for the change
What affects the cost
- Number of applications to connect
- Whether applications support standard protocols or need custom work
- Identity provider licences needed for features such as conditional access
- User provisioning and deprovisioning requirements
Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration: project phases
- 01Inventory
We list applications, current sign-in methods and SSO support.
- 02Design
We choose the identity provider and set access and MFA policies.
- 03Connect
Applications are connected and tested with a pilot group.
- 04Roll out
Users move to SSO in waves and old passwords are retired.
Common Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration mistakes
One login without MFA makes a single stolen password far more damaging, so require MFA.
Leaving local passwords active lets users bypass SSO, so disable them where possible.
SSO helps only if leavers are disabled at the identity provider, so link it to HR processes.
Losing identity provider access can lock everyone out, so keep secured emergency accounts.
Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration terms explained
- Identity provider
- The service that verifies users and tells applications who they are.
- SAML
- A standard protocol used by many business applications for SSO.
- OpenID Connect
- A modern sign-in protocol built on OAuth 2.0, common in cloud applications.
- SCIM
- A standard for creating and removing user accounts in applications automatically.

The difference you will notice
- 01Fewer passwords
Staff remember one login instead of many.
- 02Faster offboarding
Disabling one account removes access everywhere connected.
- 03Stronger sign-in
MFA applied to every connected application.
Five steps from assessment to always-on support
- STEP 01Assess
We review your infrastructure, security posture, assets and support model, and agree priorities.
- STEP 02Design

Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration in the UAE and Saudi Arabia
Local offices in Ras Al Khaimah and Riyadh, remote support around the clock and on-site visits where your project needs them.

Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration in the UAE
Shyphan AI Technology LLC, RAK Free Trade Zone, Ras Al KhaimahUAE businesses often use a mix of Microsoft 365, Zoho and industry applications, and SSO lets staff reach them all with one company login. Central access control and sign-in logs help demonstrate the security measures expected under the UAE PDPL, and DIFC or ADGM firms can use them in client and regulator questionnaires. We support the Emirates from our Ras Al Khaimah office, remotely around the clock and on site where needed.
- Data handled in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), and the separate DIFC and ADGM regimes where they apply.

Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration in Saudi Arabia
Shyphan AI Technologies LLC, Malaz, King Abdulaziz Road, RiyadhSaudi organisations using Microsoft, Zoho and local applications such as e-invoicing or HR platforms benefit from one controlled login. Identity and access management, including MFA, features in the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls for the entities they cover, and limiting access to personal data supports the Saudi PDPL. Our Riyadh office leads this work in the Kingdom.
- Work aligned with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (SDAIA) and, for government and critical infrastructure, the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls.
Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration: common questions
Do all applications support SSO?
Many business applications do, but some only offer it on higher plans and some not at all. We check each one during the review.
Which identity provider should we use?
If you already use Microsoft 365, Entra ID is usually the natural choice. We also work with other identity providers.
Does SSO make us less secure, with one password for everything?
Not when it is paired with multi-factor authentication and conditional access, which make that single login much harder to misuse.
Can Zoho applications use SSO?
Yes. Zoho supports SAML-based single sign-on, and as a Zoho Premium Partner we connect it to Entra ID regularly.
Can Zoho and Microsoft 365 share one login?
Yes. Zoho supports SAML-based SSO, so staff can sign in to Zoho applications with their Microsoft Entra ID account and MFA.
Can you set up SSO for our teams in Dubai and Riyadh together?
Yes. One identity provider can serve staff in both countries, with policies that differ by location or role where needed.
Do you provide Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration in Dubai and Riyadh?
Yes. We deliver Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration across the UAE from our Ras Al Khaimah office and across Saudi Arabia from our Riyadh office, with remote support 24/7 and on-site visits in cities such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam where your project needs them.
