Data Centre Infrastructure Services
We plan, build and support infrastructure inside colocation facilities and private data centres, from a single rack to several rows. It is for organisations that host their own servers, storage and network equipment outside the office.
- Rack builds to an agreed design
- Planned moves between facilities
- Hands-on support when you need it
Data centre infrastructure services cover the design, installation and ongoing support of racks, power, cabling, servers, storage and network equipment inside colocation facilities or private data centres. They include rack builds, structured cabling, migrations between facilities, remote hands and documentation, so hosted systems stay organised, resilient and easy to maintain.
Data Centre Infrastructure ServicesData Centre Infrastructure Services: what it involves
Running equipment in a data centre brings its own demands. Power is allocated per rack, cross-connects must be ordered in advance, access is controlled and every visit needs planning. When racks are built in a hurry, they end up with mixed cabling, unclear power redundancy and equipment no one can identify, which turns every later change or migration into a risk.
We design rack layouts around the power, cooling and network capacity your facility provides, build and cable racks to a consistent standard, and install servers, storage and network equipment ready for your applications. For migrations we inventory everything, plan the order of moves and the rollback steps, and coordinate with the facility. Afterwards we can provide remote hands and regular health checks so your racks stay documented and supportable.
Before a data centre move
- 1Full inventory of servers, storage and network devices
- 2Power draw per rack against the new allocation
- 3Cross-connects and carrier links ordered in time
- 4Application dependencies and the order of shutdown
- 5Rollback plan if a service does not come back

Rack space, power and connectivity planned with the facility.
Racks built, cabled and labelled to an agreed standard.
Core switching, routing and cross-connects installed and tested.
Equipment moved between facilities in planned, reversible steps.
On-site support for installs, swaps and checks.
Rack elevations, power maps and cabling records kept current.
What you receive, and what shapes the cost
What you receive
- Rack layout and power plan aligned with the facility's rules
- Rack build with structured cabling, labelling and cable management
- Installed and configured servers, storage and network devices
- Remote hands support for checks, replacements and cabling changes
- Rack elevations, cable schedules and an asset register
What affects the cost
- Number of racks and devices in scope
- Facility access rules, escort requirements and permitted working hours
- Whether the work is a new build, an expansion or a migration
- Level of ongoing remote hands support required
Data Centre Infrastructure Services: project phases
- 01Plan
We agree rack space, power, cross-connects and access with the facility.
- 02Build
Racks are fitted, cabled and populated to the agreed layout.
- 03Migrate
Workloads move from old equipment or sites in planned windows.
- 04Support
Remote hands and documentation updates keep the racks in order.
Common Data Centre Infrastructure Services mistakes
Facilities charge for and limit power, so calculate the draw per rack before signing.
One link to a carrier is a single point of failure, so plan diverse connections.
Unlabelled cables make remote hands slow and risky, so label both ends of every cable.
Rack drawings that do not match reality cause outages during changes, so update records after every visit.
Data Centre Infrastructure Services terms explained
- Colocation
- Renting space, power and cooling for your own equipment in a third-party data centre.
- Cross-connect
- A physical cable link between your rack and a carrier or another customer in the facility.
- Remote hands
- On-site tasks performed by an engineer on your behalf, such as reseating a cable or swapping a disk.
- Rack elevation
- A drawing that shows which device sits in each position of a rack.

The difference you will notice
- 01Racks you can trust
Clear power redundancy and labelled cabling.
- 02Lower migration risk
Every move planned, sequenced and reversible.
- 03Accurate records
Up-to-date drawings for every rack you run.
Five steps from assessment to always-on support
- STEP 01Assess
We review your infrastructure, security posture, assets and support model, and agree priorities.
- STEP 02Design
A clear architecture and plan, with scope, timeline and a fixed quote before work starts.
- STEP 03Deploy
We supply, install, configure and migrate, then document everything we build.

Data Centre Infrastructure Services in the UAE and Saudi Arabia
Local offices in Ras Al Khaimah and Riyadh, remote support around the clock and on-site visits where your project needs them.

Data Centre Infrastructure Services in the UAE
Shyphan AI Technology LLC, RAK Free Trade Zone, Ras Al KhaimahUAE organisations choose between colocation facilities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and the Microsoft UAE North and UAE Central cloud regions, and many run a mix of both. Where data must stay in the country for regulatory or client reasons, documenting where each system is hosted helps answer UAE PDPL, DIFC and ADGM questions. We support the Emirates from our Ras Al Khaimah office, remotely around the clock and on site where needed.
- Data handled in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), and the separate DIFC and ADGM regimes where they apply.

Data Centre Infrastructure Services in Saudi Arabia
Shyphan AI Technologies LLC, Malaz, King Abdulaziz Road, RiyadhSaudi organisations often host in colocation facilities in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam to keep systems in the Kingdom, which matters for public sector work and for the transfer rules of the Saudi PDPL. Entities covered by the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls should keep hosting, access and change records aligned with those controls. Our Riyadh office leads this work in the Kingdom.
- Work aligned with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (SDAIA) and, for government and critical infrastructure, the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls.
Data Centre Infrastructure Services: common questions
Do you work in any colocation facility?
We work in third-party colocation facilities and private data centres, following each facility's access and safety procedures.
Can you help us leave a data centre for the cloud?
Yes. We can plan a move of some or all workloads to the cloud and decommission the equipment that is no longer needed.
What is remote hands?
Remote hands means an engineer on site to carry out physical tasks for you, such as replacing a disk, reseating a cable or checking indicator lights.
Do you document existing racks?
Yes. We can audit racks you already have and produce elevations, power maps and cabling records.
Can you move our racks from one data centre to another in the UAE?
Yes. We plan the move with both facilities, document every device and cable, and move equipment in stages to keep critical services running.
Do you provide remote hands in Riyadh data centres?
Yes. Our Riyadh office can attend facilities in the city for checks, replacements and cabling work under your access arrangements.
Do you provide Data Centre Infrastructure Services in Dubai and Riyadh?
Yes. We deliver Data Centre Infrastructure Services across the UAE from our Ras Al Khaimah office and across Saudi Arabia from our Riyadh office, with remote support 24/7 and on-site visits in cities such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam where your project needs them.
